During the 1st interview, I learned that the compensation for the role is not within the range that I am looking for and requires 400 more billable hours a year than what I bill now. I see there are people with roles such as Consultant and Sr.Consultant with the same experience as mine.
I regret now that I haven't asked for Consultant role.
What is the salary that HCL will offer to Consultant and Sr.Consultant roles?

My partner and I are moving out of our condo building in NYC at month end, and the building management (not our landlord) has communicated to us that, on top of the 1K non-refundable fee and 1K security deposit to move out (stated in lease), they are also issuing a $1,250 "sanitization fee" for the public areas (hallways/elevators), since we happen to be moving out during COVID19. We feel this is taking advantage of tenants during this time and may not be legal. Any advice helps!

With my partner we are considering making a move to the countryside of Switzerland, with a gorgeous RE project offering incredible views on immaculate mountains and lake. However, it is far away, and will require 1h+ train/car commute vs. 10 min biking right now.
