I am working on behalf of PWC at a client but have resigned from PWC and serving the 90 day notice period.
I have also joined the client recently (10 days back, yet to start with trainings)
When will PWC inform the client about my resignation? I have no interest/motivation to learn. My new employer is willing to buyback the notice period but dont think PWC is okay with that
I suppose this is common in consulting firms, How to handle?

Okay in the interest of time, here's my reply assuming that you are getting 1.70 lakhs in hand after income tax deduction and PF addition. Companies in GCC are generally not great paymaster. They will offer you something closer to 16-20K AED per month. And if you're living in Dubai with a family of three, and have a sober way of life, all your expenses get covered in the range of 12-15k per month. That includes your child's education, family rent, outing, etc

True that, 20-25 is the range it seems. I have 5 yrs experience got 21k Dirhams, met 2 guys in fishbowl with 10 and 15 yrs experience. They are also getting 20k
How long have you been in this role and when did you get your last hike?
I just replied with my estimate
Min 25k AED PER MONTH

Your good luck if you get 25k AED, but my practical estimate suggests that you won't get anything more than 20k AED. Additionally they might add a performance bonus
Will definitely share the outcome. Thanks guys ☺️
Do ya'll think if I should quote 30K per month?
Exactly..pls don't jeopardize your chances by quoting an exuberant amount. Doing research and quoting something contextually always adds to your image.
Not going through Accenture, it's a different Org. Or should I just ask what they are offering and counter it if anything less than 25K?

Try 25 it's more than median I think.
