if u don’t have any other offer and u are getting some good hike and u r willing to stay for 2-3 years then u can join.
Its hcl software so u may give a thought, if it would have been hcl technologies i would have straight away suggested no.
don’t compare deloitte hikes with hcl software but u will have a good wlb as its a product based
