I see a lot of discrepancies with letter of intent from Wipro..
Like joining location is different, salary was given too less than expected Salary...
I've not accepted or rejected the letter of intent but I've emailed the HR asking to make changes in the letter to resend... Is everyone facing the same situation ??

Hey all! I have recently moved to a full time position wfh as a trial manager. It has been a struggle wfh so I am reconsidering my options. What positions are out there possible for transition for on site, except CRA?

I have an offer for $130k for a senior attorney position in a boutique L&E firm. Also have a recruiter who thinks she can get me into another for $150-170k. Both are more than I’ve ever made (Denver, 17 yrs of experience but completely different practice areas). I just had the initial call with HR. I was told that Senior Analysts start at 56k and Business Operations Specialists start at 67k. I was told the next step was Junior Manager but they rarely started anyone at that level. I'm shocked. Is that accurate or are they trying to lower my expectations? I have an MBA and an MHA and 20 years military experience.

I have been having a few emails exchanges with a recruiter and he said that based on my experience, I could start as a Level 6. What is this? Is this truly a SM role? Is this a consulting role?
