Hello All- can anyone please advise on the typical timeline post which recruiters get back with final decision?
I have my 4 rounds of interview over the course of past 3 weeks. During the last round, the interviewer mentioned that I will hear back from them very soon (all interviews were fantastic imo). The very next day, receuiter reached out asking for details regarding my Visa (H1b details, other immigration stuff). Post that, I haven’t heard back from them yet. Is that normal? Thanks!

Had a lateral “screener” interview for an AmLaw 100 firm in May with 2 partners and was ghosted (but never given a formal rejection). I received a call two weeks ago asking me to interview, with HR stating that they were looking to make additions & wouldn’t string someone along. I had my callback with about 5 people and am now being asked to meet with further people. Is that normal?

Over the last couple of months I’ve interviewed for a number of jobs and made it to second and third round interviews but never got an offer. My last interview was on Monday and I got feedback that I did not get selected because it did not seem like I was a a team player. 1.Interviewer didn't ask any technical questions. I had only one interview.
2. Evening itself I got call that i was selected and ready to discuss salary.
3. Last year it was under IT raid because of pro particular political party

Hi guys, After CAF completion by last week, yesterday I received a call from the HR for the second round of evaluation. So, I attended it yesterday and performed well by answering 90-95% of the questions. Even the interviewer gave good comments on my performance. But suddenly today I received an email that my candidature isn't suitable for the role and they're keeping my profile in the database. Does this mean they'll call me if there are openings with some other project?

Have been at Morgan for 1 year and looking to come over to JPM for an ideal pay bump, but would like to get into IB type roll. Any insight on what I should expect or how to go about applying? Maybe even getting referred? I have a deep knowledge of investments and always felt inclined to go down this route.
