Hi everyone, I have 2 years of experience in a service based industry as a Java developer, and I am eager to work hard and switch to a reputed product based organisation, but I am not getting proper time to study and practice data structures and algorithms, as I have so much to learn and understand things which are related to my project. Any suggestions would be appreciated and I'll try to inculcate it. Thanks in advance! Amazon Oracle Samsung Microsoft Cisco Salesforce Arcesium Uber

There are only very few firms in Singapore which pay Cravath scale salary outright. There are firms where you “earn” Cravath after a couple of years of good performance, and/or getting your NY bar. The former - Cooley, MoFo, Milbank. The latter - Latham, Sidley, Dechert, etc. Cravath scale is difficult to pay because the market here (and even greater SEA) is not as developed - clients are willing to pay.
Now is honestly not a great time to move, due to the economy. You could probably re-assess in half a year. If the economy is down, no way firms will be expanding (the opposite, in fact).
Anyone ?
Can you tell which firm?

Hello! What do you mean by “Singapore biglaw”, do you mean local Singapore firms without any international firm tie ups? Or international biglaw firms based in Singapore?

Yep what associate 3 said. MC firms do not pay cravath here, options are limited, and it would be risky heading to a biglaw firm that pays cravath with the looming recession. Those firms are known to make cuts when the market is down (especially since the SG office doesn’t make as much money for them)
