Hi all
Few months back, I accepted @pwc india's offer but didn't join.
Now I was referred for @pwc US but as I was applying for the job, the portal shows previous application with status as offer accepted.
Will pwc consider me again?
Does anyone have any idea on this?
Has someone accepted the offer but didn't join and later joined again after some months?
Please let me know
Any inputs will be helpful
Thanks!

dont Join PwC AC due to layoffs and shortage of projects and US recessions.
You do know that they just laid off quite a no. of employees recently, just something to keep in mind.
Pro
What's your CCTC? It looks like a decent offer for 7.5YOE. Yeah, PWC has stopped giving JB nowadays. And you will get a yearly bonus on top of the CTC, but it's based on the performance and the % can vary.
How much hike you got and your current fixed? Wait for 1 more month if you are in Accenture you will get to know the hike letter based on that attend more interviews. At the present moment please dont resign looking at lay off situation in PwC. All the best
Not sure about the news related to recession as there’s nothing as such going within the organisation. I’ve joined recently in May and got the joining bonus. You can discuss it once with the HR. Also do ask if you will be eligible for performance bonus even if it’s not a part of your CTC.
Yes I know. I have joined PwC AC bangalore in Advisory
I have joined pwc ac on tuesday. Yes they do not provide any joining bonus or variable now. Only bonus is paid which is not mentioned by big 4 in their letters. I am seeing a lot of comments on layoff by many people. I have also joined SA2 in advisory. If anyone have more info on layoff please connect on chat
No Lay off in PwC. Fake news
Package is good for your skillset and exp. But there are some news related to layoff. Check with your recruitment HR about this
It's definitely a good offer. And even though the variable pay isn't mentioned, all employees are eligible for a performance based bonus received in September.
I think yes...
OP: What's your Current CTC and company?
What's the hike % in pwc? Apart from hike do we get performance bonus and how much?
