So I've been at a place that doesn't really believe in titles. I've risen the ranks and have been doing ACD work there for almost 3 years (winning pitches, overseeing juniors, etc..) with no promotion because the position doesn't exist. Hi Guys - how much time wipro takes to release the final offer. Documents are uploaded in the portal and BCG verification is in progress.

My LWD is 24th July so recruiter is saying that they will release the offer letter with 22nd June as jd and later on extend it by a month.
