Hello all I have 2 offers in hand and I'm struggling to choose. UKG Noida : 19.5 MasterCard Pune : 19.5 Will it be wise to take an offer from UKG and join them as hows the current scenario is going on. I am in bangalore but wanted to relocate to noida as it's close to my hometown but I have doubt on UKG stability. Whereas, MasterCard has a very big brand name. Yoe : 3 UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) Mastercard UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group).

I joined TCS 2 days back. Today I got the better offer from Deloitte. What should I do? Should I resign from TCS and joined Deloitte or stay with the TCS.

I hold an offer of 18LPA from KPMG with joining date of 7th September. (Wfh)
I applied at Workday on 15th May and went through 7 technical rounds of interview and received a verbal offer letter of 21LPA (hybrid)
Now apparently their technical panel "forgot" about the interview and wants to have a discussion again as 8th technical interview. HR says their joining date will be 19th September.
