I have an offer in hand from TCS of around CTC 15 LPA for SAP BW/4HANA. Also I received an offer from Capgemini of around CTC 16.5 LPA. However, in TCS all is fixed and in CG we have 14 fixed, 1 lakh of deductions and variable is 1.5 lakh. My core skill is SAP BW/4HANA, would like to work in better projects where i can get opportunity for newer tech like BDC or Data-sphere. i have an experience of 5.5 years. Which company should I join?
