Hi, all since for 6 months. From Bangalore, I am looking for a new opportunity. and I am carrying an experience of 2.7yrs in cognizant technology solutions as a senior process executive in US healthcare process medical claims  and I did graduation in B.com with some professional courses ( SAP FICO) please assist me to seek a job and kindly waiting for response.

Herjavec group- 11 lpa fixed + 1 l VP - IAM role with sailpoint exposure.

Optum - 11.7 fixed + 1.75 VP + 50K JB but the work is simple User access management with no exposure to IAM tool.

Which one should i choose ? Please help
