I have been approached by Maersk for an SAP senior data engineer role. My current CTC is around 53 lpa. I would appreciate some of your inputs for the following:

1. Would maersk have a budget to offer 20-30% on top of my current ctc?
2. How worrying is the current layoff scene in maersk? Are indian employees impacted? Is it a good long term option?
