I have completed the interview in HCL and got confirmation mail as well after HR discussions he confirmed he is going for approval in mail, post that I haven’t received offer letter its been a week.

does they release offer letter or not?

Is UBS better than Wells Fargo for Risk and Controls role (Lead control management officer - AVP)? YOE - 11.5, CCTC - 17, Wells Fargo offer - 25 fixed, 4.2 variable. Yet to attend UBS interview.

I’m thinking of applying for a sales role at Salesforce, but there are so many roles that meet my experience. I don’t want to apply for a bunch of positions, and no one is replying to me for a conversation on LinkedIn. Would anyone here be willing to give me some advice/guidance?

Can someone shed some light on the interview statuses of the candidate portal of Walmart ? My status is currently showing as "Interview 3 - Interview scheduled" and Activity shows "Interview confirmed - debrief" as Last activity. What should I make of this ?

I've cleared the technical and managerial round in Citiustech. I will have my HR discussion tmrw. My current CTC is 12.75 LPA. I've asked for 17 LPA fixed during the initial stage of interview schedule. Will they offer as my expectation ?

I have an interview coming up with the hiring manager for a senior tech writer role. Should I have data to back up a lot of my examples/experience?

Unfortunately, I don't have a lot of data/numbers to use I just have a lot of anecdotal evidence.

I applied for a Director Learning and Development (L&D) role at McKinsey about a month ago via a referral. About a week ago, my McKinsey employee (who referred me) received an automated email saying that I had moved to the pre-screening process of the recruitment process and that I'll hear from the recruiter shortly.

It's more than a week now and I haven't heard back. Can anyone shed light on the process -- what to expect, timelines, what is the interview process like, etc.

I'm having total 7+ yoe (5+yrs embedded developer + 2yrs in FuSa automotive) Initially HCL have denied what I've expected for automotive FuSa and they have given an offer of 10LPA with a justification that my relevant experience is less, now I'm holding an offer of 18 LPA and asked HCL for a counter offer for the same position what do you guys think will HCL offer me this much?

HCL is offering me 3.2 band for 15 years experience and 38 lpa. Is it the correct band for my yoe?
