I have got offers from both Amadeus Labs and Siemens Healthineer Bangalore. Both companies are offering the same CTC. I have 6 years exp. in C++. Could you please help me decide which company is a better choice when it comes to work culture and WLB?

I'm 6 months old at D! Planning early promotion next year.. counselor and pm both are backing me.. I need to go to India for at least 4 weeks in Dec ... most probably would be rolling off from current project by then .. would this vacation hurt my promotion chances coz of utilization etc?

Hey guys! I’m looking to shift careers. I’ve been in the restaurant industry for 7 years now. Before that I’ve worked in an office, retail, banking, sales and was a correctional officer. I have a BA in criminal justice that I have yet to use.
