I used to work with TCS organisation and had to left organisation for medical conditions.As I found situation in hand I decided to start giving interviews from January this year.I have only 1.6 yoe as python developer.I managed 6-7 interviews and was happy to see that I am clearing all rounds.worst to see that no offers.Long waiting period from side of organisation, approval pending after negotiating, position on hold after asking for prev documents.does it make sense?I m totally frustated.help me

Actually, I gave Interview for BackEnd Developer @ Itilite. I was selected in the interview process (2 Tech DSA Based + HR) and got a mail stating that our interview panel is really impressed with your domain related expertise in order to proceed with offer negotiation please submit your documents. Now after 2-3 days of document submission, they came up by saying they cant move forward with my candidature.

I am still amazed how can they do this after asking my documents.

Then I requested I am okay with the offered salay and can join immediately. She told me to write over mail to her & her manager. I did that. I recently started in a sales role. Have a heavy consulting background (20 years) imagine big four and SI experience. Question - from here how easy or difficult is it to move internally. What areas within SalesForce value the consulting skill set. I have managed large teams and P&L of $20M annual. Big name client experience and complex professional services sales and delivery experience with global teams (India, UK, Latin America).
