Hello all, I’m currently looking to restart my career after a break. I have 3+ years experience in HR & operations and want to get into tech side of the business. So recently upskilled myself with a UiPath - RPA certification in Business Analysis, and done my PGPMEx in operations specialization with Great Lakes Institute of Management and also working as a Business analyst intern. I’m now actively seeking opportunities in RPA - BA role.

What’s your work-life balance like? I feel like I’m constantly working after hours, always balancing multiple projects, hardly ever going through a phase where there isn’t a ton of critical initiatives going on. It definitely wasn’t like this when I was a more junior PMM, but as a Senior PMM, my work-life balance has severely decreased. Is this just the nature of Product Marketing? Or can I actually find a senior PMM role that allows a bit more room to breathe?

Managers schedule meeting after office hours and expects us to be available always.

Sorry to say this but I have seen only Indians who work extra hours. What's even funny is that the upper management laugh at foreigners who work exactly 8hours.

1) Stay in the company where you are not liking the work culture (Skills not getting used & MicroManagement is poor) but offering Onsite and will try to match offer in hand package.
OR
2) Keep looking for a change to explore better opportunities (May be not onsite).
