Ok be honest, candidates. I really love this set of questions, I’ve been considering shifting my current interview style to these questions - I think they really give you an idea of who this person would be within the work setting. But the questions almost feel too deep for a recruiter to ask. What would you think if a recruiter took a different path and asked these questions instead of the usual ones?

Are you interviewing with a competitor or someone who could benefit from seeing details of the product? I would clarify with them if it's your process they are interested in or the application specifics. The latter would be a red flag for me
You can only show things that are not proprietary. I've shown a portfolio before but only high level information that showed the types of outputs I've provided or the process I followed to get the outputs. I also used products that were very old. If you only have current products, change the information so you don't disclose any IP. Explain the process, not the product itself.
