JPMorgan Chase recently introduced a policy change to increase the notice period to 60 days. I'm a 602 and resigned recently and yet my LWD is showing up as 30 days from now. Anyone recently resigned can confirm if they are facing the same or new policy is in effect. This is causing confusion with the next companies I'm interviewing with.

After 15 years of experience, i would prefer to take certifications and shift to AI product manager role unless you are ready and keen to start your career again from the beginning on AI development work.
Hey , thanks for replying. I am keen in progressing my career in AI PM.
If you have the opportunity to take a course in something like machine learning from a notable university that would be a good idea. Obtaining a certification from Coursera won't guarantee that you get a job, though it might give you some credibility. Taking the best course you can, and getting some experience on projects would be helpful. And, let's be honest, work at a prestigious academic institution may help to open doors.
Do you have any idea how to start working at academic institutions?

How much linear algebra do you know? That's especially important, but you can't really avoid calculus (multivariate), discrete math, and stats, really to the extent you've got a math minor. If you just want to learn what AI "is" I guess you could take a course somewhere but if you want to do any real work building you need the foundation. All that plus data, algorithms, programming, ML, etc.
