Can anyone explain the hiring process within citi bank Ireland?
I have cleared the 1st stage and have the 2nd round scheduled this week.
What is the hiring process usually ?
I have a offer in hand frm JPM and on notice for next 2 weeks. Expected to join in March.
If i inform citi HR of this will they speed up the process if they look to make an offer ?
Would be possible to work from India until the workvisa is processed ?

Anything else I might need to consider before taking this up pls share.

Advice on applying to PM jobs with 1yr APM experience?

I’ve been working as an APM at my current company for 1yr, and have basically been doing the work of a full blown PM the entire time. I’m currently an LLC and looking to assemble an equity deal with an advisor. I don’t know how to set it up with him where he gets his equity in the future when we restructure the entity to a c/s Corp and give out his shares. Anyone living close to an office, got a holiday party with food and drinks, and the venue started open for them until around midnight.
