I am underpaid (58k/yr with 9 years exp and a degree). I know the company views my direct reports’ roles as entry level and will not push those roles forward or allow the positions to evolve. However, I try to push mine forward as well to align with my goals, and receive pushback. I’m looking for new role but no luck. What should I do?

The issue I am having is managing volume. I have about 150 active files some pre-lit and the rest are in litigation. Cases range in value from very small to low six figures.
