Hello and happy holidays to everyone. Seeking some advice. I feel like my ambitions and vision for my career are larger than the company’s vision for my role. I am underpaid (58k/yr with 9 years exp and a degree). I know the company views my direct reports’ roles as entry level and will not push those roles forward or allow the positions to evolve. However, I try to push mine forward as well to align with my goals, and receive pushback. I’m looking for new role but no luck. What should I do?

Hello, I was wondering about which companies usually hire for entry level ServiceNow role?

I’m currently doing large scale Oracle ERP implementation and I am having difficulty finding companies that hire entry level roles. I switch fields recently so I only have around 9 months of experience and I find that most ServiceNow position requires 2+year in ServiceNow :/

It's sad to see people with 2-3 years of experience getting paid more than you when u have double the experience. 😄 Best part is they are still complaining of getting less. Well I guess you should never settle. New gen is giving a hard time to the experienced folks. I think this is the high time to upgrade your skills. Come out of your comfort zone and start looking for new opportunities. I think this is the best time to switch if u haven't already in quite some time.

Never been in an SE or consulting or B2B sales role before but have a referral at Salesforce and have been in some informal conversations. I’m starting to freak out a bit now that maybe I can’t do it. I have a tech background so can handle that part, but perhaps strategy may be difficult. What’s the base for CL8 (CDO)? Glassdoor doesn’t seem accurate, as it pegs CL8 at 56k. Currently a CL9, on 52.5 in London. Promoted from CL10 last year too, so still a fairly new CL9.

I’m asked to work a Throughput report that seems to be off with forecasting. From my understanding we are off by 2,200 being able to ship. I work in Exports for international. Our main system to pull reporting is SAP. Any suggestions what transaction would provide closer accuracy?

Does anyone else feel like distribution is the most behind-the-times of any department within a company? I work for a major automotive brand and some of the facility managers write and read at a 9th grade level, cannot properly use virtually anything in Office, etc.
