I attended an interview and did assignment for Multimedia designer role 15 days ago fo BMC team at EY GDS, still not heard back, interview was positive and assignment is also good. HR's don't reply to email and don't pick calls, should I keep hope or forgot it? I'm just asking for feedback because I have put 6 hours hard work in to assignment.
Helo everyone, I had an interview scheduled with Cognizant on last week of Jan 2022 but due to technical error in Verification code I couldn't join interview lobby. I reported the same to the HR and I was told the interview will be rescheduled. Now there's no update from the HR. Could you please guide me how can I proceed or any email address to which I can inform to take the rescheduling process further.
Thanks in advance

Showcase your interest in sustainability and related engagements you've taken. There are many online courses you can take at a low cost on platforms like edX or Coursera that, while certainly not a degree, show your desire and willingness to learn. Look for positions where you can use your current skillset in sustainability-focused companies, even if they're not in sustainability-specific roles.
What are your degrees/certificate in? What about the nonprofits? Figure out how to tie that experience to the skills you need for sustainability. If you give more detail I can help you.
GHG accounting seems like a pretty clear fit, then, too!
I'd say to start a sustainability graduate diploma or master's part time while working. It looks really good on a resume, and you meet a ton of people (it's a small industry). I'm a sustainability consultant and have been involved with recruiting for my small firm. There are more and more people on the market with a master's degree in sustainability and they get picked first for interviews. Although not impossible to find a job with only a bachelor's, a graduate degree will be very helpful.
If you want to work in energy, since you do have a certificate from UofT, I'd say network and go to energy related conferences.
Also there is a greentech festival in Montreal this weekend, but not sure if it's in French or English 🤔
Thanks, buy I'm working on a public relations diploma now. Maybe after.
