HR told that he is check with manager to decide the position wheather it is Engineer or Senior Engineer.
It's been over a week. I haven't heard back from them.
Can you give me any insights as you also went through same situation?

Whats the compensation (base) offered to you?
Moreover, i think you can push for sr lead position if you have multiple offers or something.
It starts from 34-35 as far as i know..
Could you share more about your offered CTC ( base, stock options, bonus etc) please
