I recently interviewed with Birla Pivot for a Credit Analyst role as a CA fresher. My long-term goal, however, is to move into finance roles like FP&A, Analyst, or Finance Manager.

Would this role provide scope to switch within the Birla Group later, or offer good exit options? Should I accept the offer if the package is attractive, considering my career goals?

What’s the normal pay increase from SWE 1 to SWE 2. Not a FAANG company, but Fortune 500.

Lately, I've been hearing a lot from my peers about how sales isn't a real profession.
I work at a tech startup and it mostly comprises developers. They can't stop emphasizing their importance in the food chain and I can't figure if I'm too humble or they're too arrogant.

What to wear for the EY holiday party tomorrow?

Is there such things as FP&A positions in Big 4? If so, are there better times to make the change than others (I.e. at senior vs manager)? I’m currently in FP&A and looking to work at a Big 4, or another company that offers the ability to move abroad. My current company and many others I know about do not offer the mobility to do so until much later, which is not what I want. Thank you.
