It's a good company with nice learning opportunities. The company does a lot of work in new tech areas and will be very useful from a work experience perspective. Check with the recruiter if you are being hired for a live project.
Thanks! Indeed I'm trying to reach out to a recruiter but you know, once an offer is released the recruiter is mostly "busy" but I hope for the best.
Hi, CT is a good company, flexible policies also like 2 day WFO etc. Perks like gifts, weekly snacks etc most importantly insurance outside CTC. Please check if u are getting hired particularly for project, then life’s better. They ask bench people to go 4 days a week, dont know if they are monitoring that or not. Projects maybe short like 3-6 months except some of their core ones. Even after that u get opportunities because staffing team reaches out to you with other ones but you may need to clear client interviews. I dont think they will reimburse for outside trainings, internal portals are present for learning. Appraisals are not good for past 2 years. Variable pay was paid 50 percent last year. For several organisations these are the same. You can certainly stay here for 2 years minimum is what I feel.
Thanks! This clears almost all my doubts!
Can't comment on the offer as i am not from technical background, the organisation is decent with its own pros and cons just like any other generic IT organisation.
Internal platform is present for trainings and as far as I know they don't reimburse any outside trainings.
The WLB depends on every project and the HR policies are also decent.
Try to check if they are hiring you for a particular project other wise stay away because there are lot of projects that have a tenure of 3-6 months and you will be stuck in a loop between bench and projects. You can also use this offer to negotiate in other organisations.
Thanks for your quick reply. I see lot of negative comments in last few months for this organisation. Your view helps clear lot of things.
