Working as CAL Manager with Accenture S&C India. Offered ~GBP 76.5K (fixed plus flexi) at Manager Grade by Deloitte London.

Prior to Accenture, I have already served as S&O Manager with Deloitte India for ~1.5 yrs - so this would be my second stint with Deloitte as Manager "again".

2 questions:
1. Should I ask for Senior Mgr (AD) grade - to which they have already said NO
2. Is GBP 76.5K sitting at the lower end of M grade in Deloitte UK? What should be a good expectation for the role

I have received an offer with a 6 month probationary period, during which time I can be terminated with 1 weeks’ notice. Are these normal terms? I just want to be sure and have very little familiarity/context.

Within my first year of Consulting, really struggling with the hours amongst other things.
