I’ve worked 2 years at a non profit 501c 3 tech startup. When I started there were 6 employees we now have 22. Received an offer from EY 21 fixed + 3.5 variable+ 1 JB.. as variable % is little higher do we really get this amount in yearly payout if so how much amount we get from variable ?

Corporate or litigation, which is easier to reach billable hour requirement? In other words, which is easier to bill a lot annually? Comparably speaking.

Am I understanding utilization rate correctly? It’s chargeable time over total time? Charged 40 hours and had 10 hours non-charge so my utilization is 80%? If so, wouldn’t it benefit me to understate non-charge hours so my utilization is higher since they only really care about chargeable time anyways? Charge 40 hours still but only put 5 hours non-charge for utilization to be 89% instead of 80%? Or am I misunderstanding how utilization works?

One is from FIS Global for position of Business Systems Analyst and other is from PayPal for Underwriting Analyst.

Dubai people I live in Marquise Square tower and my neighbor is having a party literally every day till 4-5 in the morning- I spoke to him and he apologized and promised to keep it quiet but he didn’t.
