Now they have asked me to attend L3 interview Tomrw?
Any idea why they want to have one more round after HR discussion?

I’m new on the job search and still employed. I’m looking to grow further in the logistics industry. While I look for work, it’s a bit discouraging seeing how hundreds of people apply for positions I see on LinkedIn. I still apply because you never know and AI plays a huge effect in selections. Should I even bother applying when there are more than 100 applications?

A recruiter emailed me saying they saw I applied for a role as a referred candidate, and they are “sharing my resume with the recruiter supporting this role for further review.” Is this a good sign? Salary check. I am currently an in house attorney. 12 YOE. Large company with great coworkers doing regulatory work for the insurance industry. Good work life balance. I live in a high COL city. Out of curiosity and to test the market, I interviewed at a FAANG. Did not get the job, but found out TC was 350k, significantly higher than my TC 230k. I thought I was compensated fairly, but would love to see your thoughts.

Can someone help me understand how backdoor Roth works in my situation?

I contribute the $19.5K max to a 401K each year. Would backdoor Roth be (A) the ability to roll $6K of that $19.5K into a Roth? or (B) an incremental $6K that I could contribute to a separate IRA then backdoor into a Roth?

Asked another way, does backdoor Roth allow me to actually contribute $25.5K each year, or does it just allow $6K of my $19.5K contribution to build in a Roth?

I’m seeing lots of posts about really bad losses. If you trade you’re going to lose money - hopefully not all the time, but many positions will be mistakes. But you need a process to find ideas and manage positions. Two books you should read are “The New Trading for a Livinng” and “The Laws of Trading.” Both look at psychology, process, and risk in different ways that can help you work out your own process. The next 18 months will be much harder than the last 18 - time to start learning.

One of my senior got an offer of 76 LPA+. he has 12 yeo and was working in the amazon from the last 5 year. This package is what nagarro is offering.

I don't understand why? Why nagarro is paying this much to him... He is a data scientist, so do I.. we studied in the same college(NIT goa). He was my super senior but still only 2 year difference does it really matter. I have close to 10 yeo and i am earning only 19 LPA.
