Recruiter for big tech company reached out on LinkedIn about a role. I asked about ballpark compensation numbers and they said they’re only comfortable sharing on a live call. ADP is stable company and good work life balance whereas Hitachi is just setting up its product base in India recently from US. Would it be wise to accept Hitachi for this CTC margin.
