When I was 2.5yr exp (2019) i attended interview in infy and my current CTC was around 4.6LPA after spending whole day in interview process i Cleared all 3 tech rounds and went for HR discussion, there i was shocked to know that they can offer me only 6% stating I'm not over 3yr exp

I am a software sales representative in the manufacturing space. My starting salary was $85,000 in 2015 I did not receive a raise until I asked for one three years later in 2018. The raise was 5%. I have not received a raise since the 5% raise I received in 2018. They granted me a $2000 one time bonus in 2021 when I asked for a raise. How do I request a raise and get one?
