How would you answer the question Why McKinsey in the Middle East in interviews?
To me, it does not seem straight-forward.
For instance, international staffing, McKinsey’s most distinctive feature does not really exist in the Middle East. Consultants must work in the Middle East first and can only work from time to time out of the region as opposed to other offices which are more open.

Hi folks- I had an interview today and even the have read about product sense interviews, I bombed. How does one take mock interviews with peers? Anyone with experience willing to do some mocks to share the feedback? Is there a community out there willing to help out a newbie in tech PM role?

So, I’m interviewing for a position that fits perfectly, HR likes my profile, had great conversations with them. Today I had a Panel interview with HR and the hiring manager. The manager is not experienced, it’s her first r manager role and she’s been in it for 3 months. I was prepared but was out of breath the entire interview, had a knot in my throat, had trouble finding my words. It’s like I had PTSD when this manager came into the picture. Ever had that?

How do I professionally decline a second interview? I know for sure I don’t want to work at the firm.

If you go for interview and you sort of know that the person interviewing you might be curious about something on your negative on your resume like why is there a gap or why were you in XX role for so long?

Do you address it pre-emptively? Or does that show insecurity and you leave the elephant in the room and wait till they ask you?

I guess this is more in the case of networking than interview like do you make your own story?

I had an interview last week (25th Oct) with PWC UK, anyone have any idea when I am likely to find out the outcome. Cant find anything about it online, I am so impatient, I need to just try and forget about it, but I dont want to invest my time in applying for other roles either. I feel like everything is on pause at the moment. If anyone has any idea’s or knows of any delays etc I’d be grateful if you could share.

- My company has agreed to send me to their London office for a year (haven't yet filed application).
- OPT ends in late June, so I can stay till mid-late August (grace period).

Question:
Should I just move to London as soon as I'm able to, or is it worth waiting until the end of my OPT in August in case they do a second round of the H1B lottery?
