I am from a tier 2 college and a BCA graduate and this june I'll have 1 years of experience of being an analyst.
I realised I would like to be in Products Department hence doing my research and learning as many things as possible and applying for roles like Associate Product manager/ Product manager etc which require 0-1 YOE But I'm not getting any callback for interviews. Is this because I have done BCA ? or anything else ?
I'm just confused and need some guidance.

what should I do? I’m still in the running for the first job but it’s ridiculously slow due to the business team being small. Ideally I would like at least one of these two jobs

There is an opportunity that I’m currently interviewing for that is very interesting to me. I’m interviewing two other places but I’m not responding to LinkedIn emails for other positions. The other positions don’t interest me as much. On one hand I don’t want to waste time prepping for all positions and rather put that time only for the ones that I have going on, on the other hand I feel like what is that falls through. A unit in TCS is trying to retain me saying if they revise the ctc (from their unit bugedt) and provide an Indonesian onsite opportunity, will you revoke your papers. Is it worth taking this chance? Rejected by HBS and GSB post interview... feeling pretty low. Was hoping I'd get one after interviewing. Not sure what I could have done differently. 750 GMAT, >3.8 GPA from top 10 UG, multiple promotions, strong recs, well-known employer. The process feels so random...
