My query was if I join any non-IT role like BPO or Sales and keep searching jobs alongside for entry level Data Analyst roles, will it be a problem? Like switching from non tech to tech roles? I had a small query that I have been interviewed for a role in Deloitte in October 2020 and I have not cleared the interview then after again I had applied and cleared the interview and got the LOI also but the time gap is not exactly 6 months between the two interviews will it be a problem to get my offer letter.?

Is it wise to leave an organization you just joined in 2-3 months because of the bad cultural fit and toxic environment

And if yes then how to go about for future applications as company's will say stuff like stability and all

Hi fishes! I recently graduated. I got campus placed as associate analyst consulting in Deloitte in my 5th semester. It's been an year there was no communication from the Deloitte apart from the letter of intent. Now recently I received a mail saying we'll be onboarding in phases and onboarding will be completed for 2022 batch by February 2023 .
