I have 3.5 years of experience as a mulesoft developer while i am searching for job switch i have done with my 1st round of interview at Accenture and i have tried to reschedule 2nd round multiple times due to lack of panels it got cancelled at the end i got an email saying that your job position was closed but i can see new positions were posted few hours ago.

I have tried to reach HR team they are not responding to my emails and calls is there any other option.

Can anyone share interview experience for the role of Full Stack Developer at McKinsey & Company for  Build by McKinsey?@

It constantly amazes me how non-responsive recruiters can be. Countless times I’ve reached out to recruiters on LinkedIn and gotten zero response, and then the hiring manager responds within a day. It’s literally your job to respond to candidates. Between that and just ghosting my mind is always blown at the lack of attention and care.

What’s your work-life balance like? I feel like I’m constantly working after hours, always balancing multiple projects, hardly ever going through a phase where there isn’t a ton of critical initiatives going on. It definitely wasn’t like this when I was a more junior PMM, but as a Senior PMM, my work-life balance has severely decreased. Is this just the nature of Product Marketing? Or can I actually find a senior PMM role that allows a bit more room to breathe?

I used to care about and chase the opportunity to produce cool/fun/funny work. But, as of the last couple years..it’s just more about stability, keeping working relationships happy, building finances, i.e. it’s just a job. Not about pushing for the most fun creative ideas—I still do that—I just don’t care enough to fight as much if they don’t get it. Definitely still feel genuinely defeated when truly awesome concepts get glossed over by a client who has no clue what they want.
