I have 9 years experience in IT industry and before that I was working in a non it company for 4 years and I don't have any proof including pf salary slip etc except offer letter because I was getting salary in hand. Recently I got offer in tcs and in that it was mentioned as only 9 years. Sinc HR specially asked me the proof to provide in gap, I gave this offer and he also accepted. Will there be any problem in bgc for the above scenario.

This is for a guidewire role.
Which is a better offer? What would be a good option for growth wrt role, salary etc.
Also, PWC claims to offer variable based on their fixed CTC based on the ratings.. is this true ? How much is the avg percentage given?

I resigned and my last working day was last day of month .
The company KPMG was suppose to deduct my joining bonus and other things in final settlement. Last working day was last day of month , which means i got full salary.
