I have received multiple invites from Cognizant for Power Bi developer role exp ranging 3-8 yrs. I have applied everytime but never received any callback. Can someone help me what’s there criteria for selection?
Is salary expectation is a bar ? As i fulfill all other requirements.
Whats the salary for power bi developer in cognizant for 3-8 yrs of experience??

Currently scheduling “on sites” for a S&O role in CA. My referrer said they can hire as L5 or L6. Would like to land in the L6 bucket as I’ve heard 5 --> 6 is one of the more challenging promotions.

I’m looking for info on what the real difference is in responsibilities (manager vs IC, cross functional vs focused, etc) so I can focus on checking the L6 boxes during my interviews.

I’m also curious about whether this is something that I should just discuss with my recruiter directly?

Anyone invest in franchises and in particular has anyone used a company called FranChoice to help you match w a franchise?
