I have three job offers and need your advice on which one to choose. Here are the details:

1. PwC: ₹28 LPA fixed, ₹32 LPA CTC
2. AXA: ₹27 LPA fixed, ₹31.5 LPA CTC
3. Microsoft: ₹21 LPA fixed, $10,000 in stock, ₹3 lakh joining bonus, and ₹4 lakh annual bonus

My total experience is 7 years, and my current CTC is ₹18.5 LPA.

Which offer would you recommend?

Hi I was just offered a CM Manager position at Evelance aka Anthem with moderate salary 100k with 10% bonus. I was previously making 110k with 10%. I am new to fishbowl and recently got an offer from Publicis Sapient for a senior associate. They are offering $136k with unlimited pto benefits. As I am from the industry and haven't heard about this company before, I would like some comments or thoughts about working for this company? How do they invest in their employees (like pay raise, promotions, etc)?

I have an offer (DC) for 210 base/15% bonus/185 equity over four years, and I’m wondering what others have received, how much I can negotiate, etc. I understand base and bonus may not be negotiable, but I’ve heard that technical folks have negotiated equity packages 3-4x the amount I was offered - so is there a lot of room there?
