Help me to choose one because Deloitte job is I need to work with client called UBS for one year from Day 1 from UBS office they are telling eventually with in a year I will be transferred in to UBS company based on performance and the other KPMG two days a office.KPMG 10 as fixed Delloite 13 as fixed Share me your thoughts if any one converted from Deloitte to UBS company recently and any one joined KPMG. I did and it's killing me because now I'm working till 2 am, but its not showing on paper. I o ly show 8 or 9 hours. But, I would rather not get yelled at from the client or director for going over budget. The budget is super tight, like 1.5 hours per workpaper and my associate already uses all of it. So nothing is left for review. Why do partners do this to us?

During Bosch HR round, I've conveyed my salary expectations. The HR for once, didn't argue the figure quoted. Instead just said, that the offer would be released post approval from business head.

Now, I've filled in firststeps portal details as well. When should I expect the offer to be released? And how frequently should i follow up with the recruiter?
