I appeared for 3 different companies interview process including Deloitte and after 2+ months delays I was on the verge of getting the offer letter and here after HR discussion (salary discussion never happened before during the process) they updated that they are putting the offer on hold for sometime for internal discussion and they will be back shortly. How long can it take? Other offers also got denied the same way. Any idea!?

My final round of technical Interview was over in Deloitte USI and it was with team members. I think HR will connect with me for package as per team members.

YOE : 5.6 yrs
Current package: 5.03lpa( this will get hike letter)
How can I expect from Deloitte because even for freshers they are offering more, so for 5.6 yrs how much can I expect?
