Since I’m new to the role, I’m having trouble understanding some of the questions and tasks when the operations managers send emails. These emails are quite new to me. Do you have any suggestions on how to handle this or learn more quickly?

Since you’re new, you should def ask and take notes for future reference. You have a “pass” for now since you’ve just started. But I’d also use ChatGPT as it can help figure out what it is that they want you to do.

Thank you

You’re new, so this is your opportunity to ask as many questions as you can. Also go on previews months/ years data to understand the company better.
U can use copilot/ Ai as a cheat sheet depending on the question.
Congratulations on your new role!

Been living in a luxury building for about a year and start noticing that I have a mild cough when I’m in the building. Anyone experienced anything like that? I’m not going crazy, am I?

I join tcs by changing my profile and my previous exp was in 5 yr pre-sales.
I am giving my best in work but still escalations are raised against me by client.
My husband is also in tcs he is moving to onsite in Jan and my travel is also planned mid next year.
I am giving 12hour daily in my job to adjust in new profile. And affecting my health now.
Shall I quit the job and move with my husband with on dependant visa? Or i shall continue to get pressurized and wait for my onsite?
Plz suggest.

I’d rather quit than revise this agreement.

Wondering what to expect from performance appraisal considering these facts in terms of hike and bonus. LOB - Corporate.
