Upper body day for me!

I’ve been depressed for years now and this past week I lost a dog I’ve had for 15 years; he was one of the only bright spots in my life and I’ve just found it so hard to focus or motivate myself on anything after this. I genuinely feel like I’m at rock bottom, Idk if I’m crazy to feel that way bc of a dog but I used to be able to control this and put up a front but now my depression and anxiety are starting to leak into my work conversations completely unintentionally, I wish this would stop :(

Getting over heartbreak and having a full time job is torture lol. My boyfriend and I just broke up after almost a year of being together. So I had my NIPT and NT scans last week and I’ve been getting pieces of the results back from my doctor in the patient portal. All seems okay but I’m a bit confused. Does anyone know if FirstScreen is the same thing as NIPT? I was under the impression that NIPT was in 90th percent of certainty for Down syndrome but the result we got, labeled FirstScreen indicate 83% certainty so I’m confused if there are more results coming? I messaged the doctor but haven’t heard back yet.

With my wife for 14 years, 2 kids under 8y - both under a lot of pressure bc Covid/work/private life/… and have been (unconsciously) running away from our couple not working “since a long time” (dixit my wife). Has anyone found success with products to help with eyelid elasticity? 28F and experiencing a lot of wrinkling/ skin sagging on top eyelids. It may be genetics but I admit that I have not been especially kind to them over the years in the way that I apply/ remove makeup (trying to be more gentle now). Have tried retinoids product that are specific to eyelids but that doesn’t seem to help/ just dries them out

I think I need to give up on finding a natural deodorant that actually works.

Has anyone left healthcare and is now really happy? I’m an MSN, RN with 12 years hospital experience. I’m burned out and tired of making crap pay. I have an opportunity outside of healthcare that would pay more and challenge me in new ways that I haven’t experienced before. Got an offer from a big bank’s operation department (fund reporting analyst), currently at EY faas and I’m not happy here, should I stick it out here until I get promotion or jump now?
