3. Planning for a PHD ( part time ) not sure, not clear may be a good option as I can move to education line.

I joined Cognizant in July, but have setup my Goperform goals around October due to late project onboarding.
Will I be eligible for default hike after the new rules of appraisal?

Cognizant calls me twice in a week whether I am holding any other offer or not.

Does that mean they will match if I am holding another offer?
