A year ago I moved to an HCOL area to accept a new position, however, I do not go into the office daily. I just go whenever my team needs to be in office. The rate for 750 sqft carpet 2bhk they are giving for 74lacs and possession is 2023 May. Another 2025 possession 850 sqft carpet 2bhk for 79lacs.Hardly any difference in rate per sqft.
