I have a dumb question... I have my first jury trial coming up in a few months. It's a 3-day auto accident trial. I'm the plaintiff attorney. My question is, should I have my client present the entire three days, or am I okay to tell them that they're fine to leave after they testify?

What is considered a “large” caseload in employment litigation? I work at a large L&E boutique law firm and handling about 14-15 active litigation cases in state/federal court or arbitration. Some of these matters are multi-plaintiff and multi-defendant cases, but none are class actions. This does not include any matters I am handling in the charge stage or in pre-litigation. Not sure if that’s a typical caseload or not?

Anyone took AWS certified cloud practitioner exam. How does it compare against Googles Associate cloud engineer exam? Which is more difficult?

Currently studying for the DP-100 exam. Any tips/tricks for studying? I'm currently using the MeasureUp practice test, taking a Udemy course, and looking through the self paced study material.

MeasureUp: a lot of really obscure questions and the documentation references aren't great.

Udemy & Self-Paced Doumentation: very high level and the practice questions are too easy. I could answer most without following the material.

Also, there isn't a lot of overlap between the study materials.

I would like to know how certifications like AWS Solutions Architect and/or Azure Administrator 104 (got both) impact the yearly compensation, mainly in Spain (Barcelona).
