Can anyone advise on what to expect for a case interview at Korn Ferry? How should one prepare for it? How to successfully pass it? It is for an organization strategy consulting position, so I’m guessing the case study will revolve around the position I’m interviewing for. Any feedback will be highly appreciated!

I slightly dropped my MacBook and apparently (slightly) damaged the keyboard and trackpad as per service Center. I don’t see any visible damage to the system but that’s what they say and are charging me about 28k for this even though my system is in warranty period (will complete a year in a few days). Are there any workaround for this? Like I can use external keyboard or maybe negotiate, anything else?
