How did you all get your first job in PM? Did you start as a Project Coordinator or PM? I have the skills of a Project Coordinator and would like to just transition to a PM role but it’s been difficult to find junior PM roles.

What is the best project management course or certification in your opinion?

How challenging is it to get admitted to American MBA programs? Does RB have recognition in the region? Is it more challenging to get admitted compared to consultants at American T2 firms like Kearney or OW?

How is your firm’s bonus policy structured? Set amounts based on year of call and hours? Discretionary? Who the hell knows? What bonus?

I’m having a really hard time with my changing body. 13 weeks, I don’t have too many bad side effects of pregnancy or anything so I consider myself lucky (no nausea ever etc) but I’m depressed at work, my skin is completely broken out and showing new broken face capillaries, and I’m not showing a bump yet so I just feel fat and big. I don’t know where this “glow” is but I look in the mirror and literally am grappling with not recognizing myself :( it’s been impossible to find any clothes too.

Is it a bad idea to give my notice before my background check clears? I’m due to start at EY soon but my background check is going to clear less than 2 weeks before my start date. I want to give my 2 weeks but am feeling nervous about it. I don’t anticipate any issues at all with the background check.

Currently an associate at a V30 and negotiating a partnership position at another V30. What is the correct way to maximize the pay in the negotiation as a lateral partner? I’m afraid of settling at a lower price than what they can do at the top end of the range! Do I anchor by asking for an outrageous figure or let them offer a salary figure first?

Any SAP analytics cloud developer here? Quick query, client wants a column root causes ..now this column is not available in S/4..now the S/4 team is not cooperative enough.

My leads suggested SAC has comments option. However comments are not going to help users either. Because it will not show graphically which root causes contribute the most.

So my question is now, does SAC have an in built excel option which would allow users to enter root causes across materials and then SAC refresh this

Hi everyone! In your experience, what is the one tool / must-have / methodology any of your companies use to bring about a cohesive and comprehensive go-to-market strategy in the launch of new products and services? As a company scales, coordinating cross-functionally and across time zones is becoming increasingly challenging so we have identified that we need frameworks or tools to help us go-to-market in a less clumsy, more coordinated fashion. Would love to get your ideas on this.

What’s your work-life balance like? I feel like I’m constantly working after hours, always balancing multiple projects, hardly ever going through a phase where there isn’t a ton of critical initiatives going on. It definitely wasn’t like this when I was a more junior PMM, but as a Senior PMM, my work-life balance has severely decreased. Is this just the nature of Product Marketing? Or can I actually find a senior PMM role that allows a bit more room to breathe?
