I have over 1 year experience in the financial industry and 2 years working with Salesforce. I live in Louisiana and it's Remote. What salary should I be aiming for? Will Deloitte india revise offer based on the current offer?

I got offer from Deloitte for around 14.5 (fixed + variable) for 4 years of experience in SAP.

But now i have better offer for around 17 LPA.

Is it a good decision to ask Deloitte india for a revision?

I have had salary discussion with IBM on 9th Feb, awaiting offer letter. Erverytime I call HR, she says you'll get offer letter within 2 days. No luck yet. Does anyone have idea within how many days IBM releases offer letter.

Has anyone left healthcare and is now really happy? I’m an MSN, RN with 12 years hospital experience. I’m burned out and tired of making crap pay. I have an opportunity outside of healthcare that would pay more and challenge me in new ways that I haven’t experienced before. It’s a total shift that would really heal my work-life balance, job satisfaction and budget. My only fear is that I would not be using the license and degree that I worked so hard for. I would appreciate any input!!!!

Guys I am getting 18lpa+2 Jb ....but I am thinking of taking fidelity offer for 23.5 and grade 5.

I am choosing fidelity because IBM is having bond of 2 yrs for 2 lakh joining bonus...and hike is very less in IBM.

I’ve been with my current company for a little over 5 years now and since the start of the pandemic have been WFH. I absolutely love WFH and have always wanted a position in which I could WFH. Have final round interviews at BCG tomorrow. I'm at S& right now at the SA level. Father had a sudden health issue come up this week and it's got me off my game. I'll ultimately need to support him financially for at least a year while he recovers. Not complaining, but has me considering just dropping out of the interview process. Is that crazy? Is the opportunity with BCG really so far beyond what I have already with S&? Is dropping a better look than interviewing and doing terribly?
