Atos is offering 2 LPA more than Genpact.

I am offered to the role of 4B, Lead consultant in Genpact. How the work life balance/Hike/variable pay in genpact. Variable pay is payable 100% ?

Does anyone have ideas on how to navigate a smaller team environment when everyone’s roles seem to be stretched (hiring for additional people has been taking a while, not sure why). The stress causes some tension and that’s probably not great for the overall morale of the company long-term. I try to ignore and just stay focused on what I need to do yet sometimes proves challenging. I worry it might affect my professional/career growth. Thoughts on this would be helpful, thanks!

What was your reasoning for seeking an MBA?

I have just recently accepted a position as Director of Compliance at a Fin-Tech company here in Naples, FL.. My previous 17 YOE were strictly in the Financial industry. Does anyone know what the average salary is for this position? I have a sinking feeling that I accepted the role too quickly without comparing salaries. The position only pays $50k/year. I’ve worked in sales for 12 years (8 years retail sales and management, 4 years inside tech sales and management). I’m feeling the burn and looking for something else in the tech field. I’m making $140k. I have a college degree but no marketing, engineering, or product experience. What other departments/jobs could I jump to and still keep close to my OTE?
