Experience: 4.3years
Current CTC: 6.43 Fixed + 1.5 Variable
Offered CTC: 14 Fixed + 1L JB

Already holding Capgemini for 13Lpa Fixed.

I need to know the details of what role or designation the will provide and is there any variable pay they might give?
I had my CTC discussion 1 week back. How much time will they take to release an offer, I don't know where to track all these as i haven't applied in any portals.

Have an interview with a company I really want to work for tomorrow. My last job I was laid off b/c of an acquisition&recently accepted a job at a diff company b/c I couldnt afford not to. I am expecting an offer from Master Card for Senior Software Engineer position in O Fallon MO. Please let me know what kind of base salary I can expect with 11 yrs experience . I don’t wanna undersell but also trying to avoid being aggressive but quote a decent number which will be achievable. Any suggestions will be appreciated. Is 125k $ base a fair value for or I can pitch higher? They have a 15 to 20 % bonus on top of base pay and a 10% match on 401k which the recruiter keep highlighting.

At a new agency and although I had to fill timesheets at my previous agencies, they were mainly used to ensure we weren’t over servicing a client/for setting the appropriate retainer for contract renewals.
