I have a question on the appraisal rating.

There were three ratings :

1) Job description and competencies
2) Operational objectives
3) Behavioural

Is an average of these three ratings taken to decide on the hikes/ variable pay?
And when will we come to know the hike percentage and variable pay?

Is bonus usually 20% of base for finance roles, especially at VP and SVP level? The company recruiter has asked what are my bonus expectations

My wife recently put in her two weeks and half the people she worked with are just ignoring her messages. They asked to work longer but bc of her new company she cant. Shes moving for about 60% more pay from external audit to senior accounting. Shes extremely sad and im confused why these firms are so uptight about this. She is giving them an additional 4 days which she wanted to use on vacation. Did she do something wrong?

I have heard there is some HR policy that boomerang/ returning employees are taken back on the older salary. Can someone please share more details about the period of applicability and exceptions? Thank you.

Yoe-7 techstack - .net,MVC,webapi,azure certification (az-204) but no hands on azure projects.

Given number of interviews but no one are ready to give more than this even if I reach last rounds.
I am confused right now like should give some more interviews or join the unisys?
