Our comp system is slightly complex so we know promotions Dec-Jan while bonuses are paid out late Feb-Early March (aka 2-3 months)

Edit: Performance year ends in September (so total process is 5-6 months)

What should be the average inhand salary (Yearly) for an Analytics Consulting professional in Big 4 with just under 7 years of experience (without MBA) . Skill set is a Mix of SAS/R/ Python
with Advanced Analytics and ML knowledge.

One of my senior got an offer of 76 LPA+. he has 12 yeo and was working in the amazon from the last 5 year. This package is what nagarro is offering.

I don't understand why? Why nagarro is paying this much to him... He is a data scientist, so do I.. we studied in the same college(NIT goa). He was my super senior but still only 2 year difference does it really matter. I have close to 10 yeo and i am earning only 19 LPA.

Finally what should I do to reach that position?

I have been attending interview with Bloomreach for a month, it consisted of 4 rounds including culture round. In culture round, I was told that I will get feedback next day, but when I reached out to HR, they said hiring manager is on a sick leave, will ger results on end of the week. Now its more than a week, they told I will be getting results today. Still not getting an update, have anyone interviewed with bloomreach before, what is the outcome?

I have accepted an offer from ABC company and currently serving my notice with current Organization. Now I'm getting calls from consultancy for other roles and higher CTC with same ABC company where I have the offer already.

Can we process such requests ?
